Position Summary
Our office is seeking a motivated, energetic Account Representative passionate about driving business growth through meaningful conversations and exceptional customer service, offering strong earning and advancement potential.


Job Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain customer relationships by generating leads, scheduling meetings, and following up.
  • Provide accurate, friendly assistance on insurance products, coverage, claims, and billing inquiries.
  • Educate customers using a needs-based, customer-centric approach to recommend suitable solutions.
  • Demonstrate strong communication, interpersonal skills, and a proactive, self-driven attitude.
  • Maintain attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy, timeliness, and problem-solving.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team while showing enthusiasm for helping customers manage risk and achieve goals.
  • Must possess an Alabama P&C/Life & Health License prior to starting the position (licensing & testing fees will be reimbursed)

Additional Information
This role is with an independent State Farm agent, not directly employed by State Farm Insurance Companies. Successful candidates must complete any required licensing and training. State Farm agents operate independently and hire their own staff.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
